[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Since 2006<\/strong>, the management of the English Cemetery has been in the hands of a Foundation. Normally, in Spain, public entities would look after the running of any spaces connected with death, but this is not the case here.<\/p>\n

The ‘Fundaci\u00f3n Cementerio Ingl\u00e9s de M\u00e1laga’, a non profit making organisation, works very hard to preserve, maintain and restore the oldest protestant cemetery on the Spanish mainland<\/strong> and an important part of the city’s heritage.<\/p>\n

Like all Foundations, the organisation is dependent on corporate sponsorship and private donations<\/strong> in order to carry out its function. It is committed to fulfilling the aims of the Foundation and properly administering the property and rights which make up the Foundation’s patrimony.<\/p>\n
